Local Produce and Businesses

Just off the ferry are the delectable pies and muffins at the Robert Point kiosk, freshly baked every day. Followed soon after by the Bruny Island House of Whiskey a fully licensed bistro & bottle shop and producer of award winning smoked produce.

Turning north to Dennes Point, you will find the Bruny Island Wild cafe with fantastic coffee and light meals.

At Great Bay be sure to call in at Get Shucked Oysters for your supply of fresh Bruny Is oysters or a tempting platter and wine at their oyster bar. The famous Bruny Island Cheese Co is practically next door where you can sample not only amazing cheeses but the best crusty bread and pizzas straight from the wood fired oven and wonderful Bruny Island Beer.

For those with a sweet tooth do not miss the Bruny Island Chocolate Company factory outlet soon after the turnoff to Adventure Bay. Here you will find a mouthwatering range of handmade chocolate fudges, truffles and chocolate sauces. You can sample before you buy and the shelves are laden with tempting goodies. Further along in Adventure Bay is Mari Bruny cafe open for delectable breakfasts, lunch and dinner.

Bruny Island Premium Wines can be found further south at Lunawanna. It is in fact Australia's southernmost vineyard. Here you can enjoy sampling the award winning wines and savour a tasty meal in the Bar & Grill.
